Shipping policy

To make sure your order is properly delivered, please make sure you have entered the correct information and thoroughly.

Shipping fees are non refundable. If a package is returned to the company, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the return package shipping charge. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

If you notice that you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to fulfill any request that you may have. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we are NOT responsible for he incorrect information.

If your tracking information states your package is delivered but you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal directly and immediately. We are NOT responsible for a package that states it has been delivered.

All orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days or sooner.
